Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped using FedEx, UPS, & USPS courier. We offer free shipping, and upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive an automated email including your FedEx/UPS/USPS tracking number when your order is shipped.
In-stock items are shipped within 3 days after purchase (Excluding Holidays). Delivery times are based on FedEx/UPS/USPS, with average shipping between 3-5 days. With pieces that are made to order, please allow up to 1-6 weeks (excluding holidays) for production by the Yessayan manufacturing facility. Is shipping insured? Do I have to sign for delivery?
Your Yessayan orders always come with fully insured shipping and require signature upon delivery.
What if I won’t be there to sign for my package?
We always require an adult signature upon delivery for secure shipment as we are sending items of high value that should never be left unattended at your door. If you or any other adult cannot be present to sign, another delivery will be attempted the next day. Contact your local FedEx/UPS/USPS office if you would like to reroute to another address or hold for pick up at your convenience.
Yessayan Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Due to the variations in size, all bracelets and rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is required.
