Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased online may be returned to Yessayan for exchange or store-credit within 7 days from the date you receive your order. We do not provide refunds. Exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items returned in original packaging. Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense). Exchanges and credits will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees. Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Yessayan box and pouch.
•Put your jewelry in a shipping box along with your exchange form. Jewelry must be returned in the original packaging.
•Attach your pre-paid label to the shipping box.
•Bring your packaged box to a FedEx location
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. After 12 hours you may still be subject to the restocking fee.

Due to the variations in size, all bracelets and rings ordered online are considered special orders and are subject to a 15% restocking fee if an exchange is required.
